About the Role
The Member Journey & Growth Analyst role is a critical component of Planet Fitness’ connected digital ecosystem, operating across 50 clubs nationwide. This position will analyse member behaviour and optimise the member lifecycle journey to improve acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, and membership upgrades.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse behavioural data across mobile app, website, CRM, and marketing platforms
- Monitor and optimise member journeys across onboarding, engagement, retention, and upgrades
- Track and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns and lifecycle journeys
- Conduct A/B testing to improve messaging, campaigns, and engagement strategies
- Develop dashboards and reports to provide clear insights on member behaviour and journey performance
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates, engagement, and retention
- Work with Product and Engineering teams to ensure accurate analytics tracking and data alignment
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business, Statistics, or a related field
- 3+ years’ experience in digital analytics, marketing analytics, or growth analysis
- Strong experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) or similar analytics platforms
- Experience working with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms
- Knowledge of customer journey mapping, lifecycle marketing, and behavioural segmentation
- Experience analysing campaign performance and running A/B tests
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and technical teams
