– Relevant Diploma/Degree
– Min of 3 years’ experience in similar position/role
– Strong communication skills – verbal and written
– Computer literate
– Proven ability to manage/maintain systems
– Previous HR and labour experience highly advantageous

– Experience in overseeing production process from raw milk to finished product, always maintaining quality.
