Job Summary
Minimum
Requirements:
Grade 12 Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in Packing / operational environment in FMCG (Food Manufacturing) Minimum 2 years at management level Previous experience with Mills will be an advantage. Valid drivers license and own transport. Technical background will be an advantage. Skills Required: Computer Literacy (Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.). Administrative, Technical & Organizational Skills. Good Communicational and inter personnel skills. Deadline driven. Conducting meetings. Experience on Packing Machinery (Form Fill & Seal). Grading qualifications on (Sugar beans, Peanuts, Maize & Popcorn) will be an advantage. Your tasks will include but are not limited to: Ensure sufficient stock is planned for packing to meet model stock requirements. Optimise packing efficiency of all packers and ensure OEE benchmarks are achieved at all times. Value Drivers managed daily to achieve targets set out by the company by using the CIPs. Quality assurance on packing lines comply with requirements. Daily assessment and analyses of figures ensuring accurate results and performance managed. Compile daily, weekly and monthly reports as per requirements. Ensure Food Safety Management System (FSSC22000) is adhered to. Ensure compliance to all Human Safety requirements and legislation. Managing of employees in your department and executing all HR policies and Procedures. This role is ideal for a result-driven individual who operates independently. Permanent on-site position based in Leslie, Mpumalanga. (if you are not based in Leslie, or close to Leslie, you must be willing to relocate)
