- Registered as a pharmacist at the South African Pharmacy Council (SAPC)

- Dispensing

- Pharmacy administration
- Housekeeping
- Stock control
- Customer service
- Sales
- Compliance
- Marketing campaigns
MANAGEMENT
- Operational work planning
- Priority setting and scheduling of staff
- Operational performance monitoring
- People and enabling capacity management/Resourcing
- Manage cross-functional relationships e.g. with Prescribers, Suppliers, Head Office, Store manager, Cash office
- Resolve escalated operational issues
- Budget management
LEADERSHIP
- Developing and tutoring staff, interns, and assistants
- Motivate and discipline the team
