About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Picker Packer to join our team at Oostelike Personeel Konsultante. As a permanent, full-time position, you will be responsible for picking up and delivering packages to specified locations and branch transfers as per delivery instructions provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Picking up and delivering various packages to specified locations and branch transfers as per delivery instructions provided.
• Verifying addresses and locations before each delivery to ensure that there are no errors.
• Carefully planning travel routes to ensure that packages are delivered to recipients in a timely manner.
• Securing packages to prevent damage during transit.
• Obtaining recipients’ signatures upon completion of each delivery to confirm receipt of the correct items.
• Collecting payments as required and ensuring that the correct amounts have been received.
• Maintaining an accurate record of all packages delivered to recipients.

Requirements

• Must be a South African Citizen with a clean criminal background.
• Valid driver’s license (checks will be done on shortlisted applicants).
• Proven experience working as a motor bike driver with references.
• Sound knowledge of road safety regulations.
• The ability to work well under pressure and use GPS devices.
• Reliable and punctual person.
