About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Producer / Head of Studio to lead our UK-based slot game studio in delivering high-quality, AAA games to market. As a remote position with travel requirements, you will be responsible for taking ownership of the game development pipeline and providing strategic oversight of studio output. You will work closely with creative teams and project managers to manage the end-to-end production lifecycle, shaping the game slate, managing licensed content, and leading a multi-discipline development team to ensure titles meet quality standards and commercial goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage at least 7 years of experience in online slot game production to deliver multiple shipped titles.
- Own the end-to-end production lifecycle for all games from initial concept through to certification, launch, and post-launch optimisation.
- Shape the studio game slate using knowledge of themes and mechanics that resonate in US online and land-based sectors.
- Lead the production of branded and licensed slot titles while managing licensor relationships and approval workflows.
- Coordinate cross-functional workstreams, including game design, mathematics, art, audio, engineering, QA, and compliance.
- Establish best-practice production processes, documentation standards, and quality expectations for the studio.
- Stay current with regulatory developments across US states and Canadian provinces to inform game design and feature sets.
- Recruit and mentor talent across all disciplines as the studio scales.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in online slot game production with multiple shipped titles.
- Demonstrable experience producing slot content for US-regulated online markets.
- Prior experience managing the production of licensed or branded slot titles and brand approval processes.
- Deep knowledge of online and land-based slot mechanics, such as hold-and-spin and linked progressives.
- Ability to interpret game performance data and KPIs to inform design direction.
- Experience managing or leading a multi-discipline game development team.
- Literacy in reviewing paytable mathematics, RTP structures, and volatility profiles.
- Familiarity with working through B2B aggregators or platform partners like Light & Wonder.
- Direct involvement in producing slot content for the US land-based or tribal casino market is desirable.
