Requirements:

• National Diploma or Degree
• HACCP or equivalent food safety certificate
• Minimum of 3-5 years’ supervisory experience in a  food processing plant, preferably unionised environment

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing production staff
• Ensuring production targets are met
• Maintaining quality standards, and implementing health and safety protocols
• Be involved in identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to optimize production processes
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes
