About the Role

Our client, a multi-discipline design communications company based in the UK, has an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager/Account Manager. This is a remote working opportunity that requires strong leadership and project management skills to ensure successful delivery of creative projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Planning, scheduling and liaising with studio and clients to ensure that everything goes according to plan.
  • Taking client communication briefs, scheduling projects and drafting of briefs.
  • Undertaking research where required.
  • Quality checking creative work.
  • Presenting and selling creative work.
  • Maintaining accurate records of meetings, decisions and next actions.
  • Briefing the studio team on projects.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years account management experience in a creative agency at executive or management level.
  • Solid understanding of creative processes (digital, video and print), timings and budgeting.
  • A good understanding of, and ideally, practical experience of SEO, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing and Website Project Management.
  • Copywriting skills.
