About the Role

As a Property Administrator at Greys Recruitment, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations of our clients’ properties. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update tenant information on the property management system
  • Prepare and process lease documentation
  • Manage tenant statements, billing, and reconciliations
  • Follow up on outstanding payments and assist with arrears management
  • Respond to tenant queries and liaise with internal departments
  • Maintain property and unit data on the system
  • Assist with monthly reporting and administrative duties

Requirements

  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Property Administrator role
  • Experience with property management systems (MDA / PIMS / MRI) advantageous
  • Strong administrative and financial skills
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
