Receptionist Luxury Hotel | Constantia, Western Cape Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a professional and well-presented Receptionist for a luxury hotel based in Constantia, Western Cape. This is an excellent opportunity for a guest-focused individual who thrives in a front-facing role within an upscale hospitality environment. Salary: R15,000 R16,000 per month (DOE) Key Responsibilities: Welcome guests in a warm, professional and courteous manner Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately Handle reservations, enquiries and guest requests promptly Maintain clear and effective communication with all departments Process payments and maintain accurate billing records Ensure the reception area is organised and presentable at all times Assist with concierge-related duties where required Address guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally Requirements: Previous experience as a Receptionist within a luxury hotel or high-end hospitality environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong administrative and organisational abilities Proficiency in hotel management systems Well-presented with a professional demeanour Ability to remain calm and efficient in a busy environment This role is suited to a confident and service-driven individual committed to delivering an exceptional first impression and overall guest experience.
