About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead our team in Cape Town, with a strong background in the automotive industry. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, operational compliance, and customer service across multiple branches.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and drive the performance of multiple branches within the assigned region, ensuring consistent sales growth, operational compliance, customer service, and team performance.
- Play a critical leadership role in aligning branch teams with company goals, identifying challenges, and executing solutions on the ground.
- Ensure building maintenance and health and safety requirements of all branches are in place.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Experience of managing profit and loss, balance sheet, and associated financial responsibilities.
- Understanding of procurement.
- Sales and customer interaction experience.
Requirements
- A South African born Citizen with a clean criminal background.
- At least 5 to 8 years of Regional Management experience in the motor/automotive industry.
- Legal requirements: ITC checks will be done on shortlisted applicants.
Qualifications
Matric or equivalent, and a B.Com Management or Relevant degree would be beneficial.
Salary & Benefits
Basic salary is market related. Benefits include Provident Fund and December Bonus.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday (08:00 to 17:00) and Saturday (08:00 to 13:00).

7 Branch Managers and 7 branch Supporting Staff members, responsible for the following areas:
- Claremont
- Ottery
- Tokai
- Woodstock
- Montague Gardens
- George
- Humansdorp
