Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Reservations Manager to oversee all reservation processes for a prestigious Luxury Safari Reserve. This remote role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver exceptional guest service while representing one of South Africas most respected conservation and hospitality brands. ? Job Purpose The Reservations Manager will ensure seamless guest booking experiences and accurate coordination with lodge operations, acting as the primary liaison between guests, agents, and lodge teams. Key Responsibilities ? Manage all guest reservations, including accommodation, safari activities, and special requests ? Act as the primary point of contact for guests, travel agents, and tour operators ? Ensure accurate reservation records and timely communication with lodge teams ? Coordinate with operations to align bookings with lodge capacity and activity schedules ? Provide professional, personalised service to international guests and partners ? Monitor reservation systems, availability, and booking channels ? Prepare reservation reports and forecasts for management ? Handle guest queries, changes, and cancellations efficiently ? Uphold hospitality standards and guest service excellence in all communications ? Support marketing and sales teams with reservation-related information and guest data Minimum Requirements ? Proven experience in reservations management within luxury hospitality or travel ? Strong knowledge of reservation systems and booking platforms ? Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) ? Ability to work independently in a remote environment High attention to detail and organisational ability ? Strong guest service orientation and professionalism ? Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PANStrat, Zoho, Excel ?
