- Matric (Grade 12)
- Diploma in Business Administration / Sales / Marketing (advantageous)
- Minimum 5 years retail experience
- At least 2–3 years in a supervisory / management role
- Computer literacy (MS Office)
- Strong knowledge of retail operations and sales management
Job Duties:
- Manage daily store operations to achieve sales and profitability targets
- Ensure high levels of customer service and customer satisfaction
- Monitor stock levels, merchandising, and inventory control
- Implement sales and marketing strategies to grow the business
- Supervise, train, and manage store employees
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and legal requirements
- Monitor store expenses and control costs within budget
- Maintain accurate reports and operational records
- Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
