Key Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand customer needs and recommend solutions that genuinely add value.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and follow up on leads.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and provide regular sales forecasting.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales (B2B or B2C), preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
