About the Role

As a Senior Event Manager at AtripleA recruitment & temps, you will report to the owner or co-owner or anyone in charge and be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of scheduled events. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Day to day management of scheduled events

• Co-ordination of stakeholders, setting of meetings, agendas, taking minutes and distribution of minutes to relevant stakeholders

• Liaison and management of suppliers to events

• Liaison and management of venues for events

• Develop, manage and reconcile budgets

• Liaise with clients on an on-going basis in a professional and ethical manner

• Invitation and RSVP Process, including the management of delegate logistics pertaining to an event

• Source and manage development of promotional items for specific events and campaigns

• Develop, brief and manage design of collateral elements for specific events or campaigns

• Develop, brief and manage suppliers with regard to signage and branding when required

• Brief and manage AV requirements specific to events when required

• Attend regular status meetings when required with Mela Events Directors, suppliers and clients where and when necessary

• National travel when required, related to specific events

• Execution of set-up and strike of events

• Managing and monitoring project schedules and running orders

• Managing, booking and briefing entertainment

• Managing and briefing crew for events

• Troubleshooting

• Postproduction evaluation and analysis

• Budget reconciliation

• Feedback reports specific to events managed

• Any additional tasks required for the Employer’s operations, as directed by the Employer from time to time
