Requirements:
- Bachelor`s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering roles within the food processing industry, with a focus on refrigeration systems.
- Strong knowledge of refrigeration principles, including HVAC systems, cold storage, and freezing technologies.
- Proven track record of successful project management, with the ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards such as, HACCP, and OSHA.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
