Open for relocation Key Responsibilities: Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring compliance with company standards and policies. Manage inventory levels to minimize waste and maximize freshness and availability. Implement and monitor health, safety, and food quality standards. Sales and Financial Performance: Drive sales targets and profitability through effective merchandising and customer service. Analyze sales data and implement strategies to improve performance. Prepare and manage budgets, including cost control and expense management. Team Leadership and Development: Recruit, train, and motivate store staff to deliver excellent customer service and meet operational goals.
