Key Performance Areas Managing and coordination of loads and trucks Administer and coordination of raw material and finished product Maintaining of equipment and machinery Administration and implementation of Shift admin Administration and coordination of stock Implement and management of Housekeeping Managing and Supervising staff and their workload Requirements Matric (Grade 12 Certificate) Possession of a valid Code 08/EB drivers license Production or Supervisory related qualification would be an advantage Experience Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word & MS Outlook 3 Years experience in a similar position in a manufacturing & milling environment Ability to speak, read and write English

Job Description

About the Role

RedCat Recruitment is seeking a Shift Supervisor for a well-established, growing concern based in Middelburg, Eastern Cape. The successful candidate will oversee and manage the shift process, ensuring the smooth running of the mill.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the shift process, including human resources, quality, safety, risk, environment, administration, and operations.
  • Manage and supervise staff and their workload.
  • Implement and manage housekeeping.
  • Administration and coordination of stock.
  • Administration and implementation of shift administration.
  • Maintain equipment and machinery.
  • Administer and coordinate raw material and finished product.
  • Manage and coordinate loads and trucks.
  • Manage safety, health, and risk.
  • Finance and administration.

Requirements

  • Grade 12
  • Production or Supervisory related qualification (advantageous)
  • Valid driver’s license/own reliable vehicle
  • Ability to speak, read, and write in English
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email/Internet)
