Job Description

ENVIRONMENT:

A rapidly growing global Talent Agency is seeking to fill the role of a Social Media Manager on a Retainer Contract where you will help shape and grow the online presence of the talent they represent. You will be expected to understand and refine each talents brand voice; plan, schedule and publish content across platforms while producing content ideas and managing and engaging with audiences. The ideal candidate will be someone who understands social culture, brand voice, and audience psychology. You should know what makes content resonate and how to translate personality into consistent output across platforms.

DUTIES:

  • Understand and refine each talents brand voice.
  • Plan, schedule, and publish content across platforms.
  • Manage communities and engage audiences in the right tone.
  • Maintain quality control across all posts.
  • Bring forward strong content ideas aligned with growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to keep content consistent.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong sensitivity to social trends and internet culture.
  • Ability to pioneer and set new trends on social media.
  • Excellent judgement around voice and positioning.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Clear and proactive communication.
  • Ability to manage multiple personalities and brands.
  • Fast execution with strong ownership.
