Our client has an opportunity available for a Solutions Specialist based in KZN.
Requirements:
- Minimum Matric.
- 5 to 8 years related experience.
- Strong sales experience in the Software Solutions space.
- Must be able to work under pressure.
- Attention to detail and accountability.
- Must be self-driven, innovative and a strong team player and motivated person.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage existing relationships with customers and franchises.
- Identify the need for company Software Solutions within every opportunity.
- Identify the correct contact people within each company who would be responsible for the purchasing decision.
- Prepare professional presentations and proposals.
- Explain the Technology and Pricing Models successfully.
- Provide the customers with updated technical information and advice.
- Highlight to the customer their needs and the potential solution.
- Maintain current product knowledge on the companys software solutions and service stacks.
- Facilitate training and assist the Franchises sales staff with product demonstrations.
- Monitor Sales Managers implementation of budgets and targets.
- Develop a customer relationship to ensure availability when the customer is ready to purchase a solution and that existing customer continually upgrade their solutions.
- Successfully handle any objections the customer may have.
- Define, articulate, and present cost recovery solutions propositions as a trusted advisor based on in-depth cost recovery solutions knowledge and experience.
- Consultative approach to selling software solutions.
- Be professional, punctual, and courteous at all times when dealing with customers.
- Maintain a comprehensive and updated knowledge of company Ltd Software Solution products and technologies.
- Maximize Sales Performance on monthly sales budgets, targets and goals.
