About the Role
We are a growing solar installation company based in Port Elizabeth looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Admin & Stock Clerk to join our team. If you enjoy working with systems, keeping things in order, and supporting a fast-paced technical team, this position is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Administration: General office administration and filing
- Assisting with quotations and job documentation
- Managing delivery notes and customer paperwork
- Answering calls and assisting with client queries
- Maintaining accurate records of installations and stock usage
Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Previous experience in administration and stock control (1+ years preferred)
- Electrical/solar experience (advantageous)
- Computer literate (MS Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with inventory or accounting systems (advantageous)
