JD Specialized Recruitment have partnered with an upmarket Boutique Hotel in the Natal Midlands to recruit a guest centric SPA THERAPIST to join their team. The ideal candidate will hold a recognized Beauty Therapy qualification (ITEC, SAAHSP, or CIDESCO), with a minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role. They should be highly skilled in a variety of treatments. A strong sense of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for creating exceptional guest experiences are key to success in this role. Requirements · Relevant Tertiary Education obtained from a reputable Beauty Therapy Academy e.g. ITEC, SAAHSP or CIDESCO · At least 2 years in a similar role · Skilled in various treatments such as Reflexology, Massages, Body Treatments, Facials and Gel Nails. · Good communication & organizational skills and the ability to management appointments and work the reception desk in the spa. · Passionate in creating a memorable experience for individual guests and exceeding service delivery standards. · Excellent communication skills both written and spoken in English. · Highly professional, honest, presentable, and well-groomed candidate · Sound employment history with contactable references.
