Job Description

Are you a technically strong leader who thrives in client-facing environments? Do you enjoy solving complex problems while mentoring a team and improving systems?

We are looking for a Technical Support Manager to lead our 1st and 2nd line support function while playing a hands-on role in system configuration, deployment, and client onboarding.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing leadership, technical troubleshooting, and client engagement.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Managing and overseeing all 1st and 2nd line support queries
  • Acting as the escalation point for complex technical issues
  • Leading and mentoring a small technical support team
  • Ensuring efficient resolution of client support requests
  • Performing system configuration, implementation, and deployment
  • Supporting new client onboarding and ongoing system use
  • Assisting in the development of training materials
  • Working closely with development teams to enhance system performance
  • Travelling to client sites when required

Highly Advantageous:

  • Experience in the healthcare industry
  • Experience with practice management or clinical software systems
  • Experience deploying medical or clinical applications
  • SaaS platform experience
  • Medical, allied health, or nursing background

  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Proven experience in 1st and 2nd line technical support
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with system configuration and deployment
  • Ability to lead and mentor a small team
  • Confident and professional in client-facing environments
  • Willingness to travel to client sites
