Job Summary
We are looking for a Practice Manager / Bookkeeper to join our team.Are you an all-rounder with excellent administration, bookkeeping and management experience? Experience in a medical company will be advantageous.REQUIREMENTS:Matric compulsory Tertiary qualification advantageousVery well presented and own transport and drivers license Excellent communication skills, must be bilingual in English and Afrikaans Financial experience with debtors, creditors, bank reconciliationsVery accurate numerical skillsAll round administration and PA experience advantageousEssential to be accountable and take full responsibility of this job functionComputer LiterateDUTIES:Oversee the company`s financial data and complianceManage accurate books on accounts payable and receivableDaily financial entries and reconciliationsManaging and collecting of debtors Daily reporting of creditorsDaily Bank ReconciliationsAssisting with any patient account queriesManage staff and general staff requirementsPA duties where required to support the DoctorMonitoring emailsProcessing Medical Aid remittances Process Injury on Duty claimsProcessing invoices from suppliers and adding to stock on our systemsAny ad-hoc duties that arise and offer assistance all round when needed
