About the Role
The Springs Receiving Manager will be responsible for overseeing the receiving of all incoming stock and deliveries, ensuring accurate checking of quantities, quality, and documentation against invoices and delivery notes.

- Ensure accurate checking of quantities, quality, and documentation against invoices and delivery notes
- Supervise and manage receiving staff to ensure efficiency and accountability
- Maintain proper stock control and ensure all goods are correctly recorded on the system
- Investigate and report any discrepancies, damages, or shortages
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards
- Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse, and store management
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized receiving area
Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Minimum 35 years experience in a retail receiving or warehouse environment
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or management role
