Minimum Requirements Grade 12 At least 1 years cost management experience in the fruit/agriculture/freight industry Accounting qualification (Diploma or higher) Fruit / agriculture industry experience in accounts Advanced Excel (lookups import mapping) Good eye for detail Ability to work accurately Previous experience working on QX beneficial Duties and Responsibilities: Allocating margins and costs Recons Invoicing on QX Handling disputes Capturing of reports Print/save cost capture reports and prepare remittances for payments Liaising with other departments Using Excel Spreadsheets and formulas (V- and X-lookup). Handling of Creditor Queries. Month end reconciliation of each creditor before remittance packages are prepared for payment Receive, verify rates as per service agreements with providers and code invoices When applying, ensure your CV is in WORD of PDF format, and not scanned .
