About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman to join our team in Stellenbosch. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for managing finishings and snags in high-end residential properties, ensuring exceptional quality and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage site quality of materials and contractors’ workmanship
- Proactively identify and resolve problems on-site
- Lead by example and effectively communicate with all stakeholders
- Meet international standards and deliver results in a high-pressure environment
- Travel as required for job assignments

- 5-8 years experience in managing finishings and snags in high-end residential properties
