About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Outlet Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our outlet, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and driving business growth. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a talented team, implementing innovative menus and dining concepts, and driving revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the outlet
- Managing the dining area, staff, and customer service
- Leading and motivating a team to achieve exceptional guest experiences
- Implementing and maintaining exceptional service standards
- Collaborating with other departments to create and execute innovative menus and dining concepts
- Monitoring and optimizing outlet performance, including revenue generation, cost control, and inventory management
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Handling guest feedback and resolving any issues or concerns promptly and professionally
Requirements
- At least 3 years proven experience as a Restaurant / Outlet or F&B Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Excellent knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, beverage planning and inventory management
- Exceptional customer service skills with a keen eye for detail
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with guests, staff, and other departments
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle challenging situations with grace and professionalism
- Proficiency in Micros and basic computer skills
Qualifications
- Formal education/certifications (Bachelor’s or higher) in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
