About the Role
Our Client in Technology is looking for a HR Generalist with 4 Years experience to join their team in Stellenbosch. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of HR tasks and working closely with senior HR management to support designated geographic regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment efforts, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding
- Coordinate and conduct new employee orientations
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and issues
- Assist in resolving employee relations issues and conduct investigations as needed
- Support the performance review process, including tracking and documentation
- Assist managers with performance improvement plans
- Administer various employee benefits programs, such as group health, flexible spending accounts, dental and vision, accident and disability, life insurance and wellness benefits
- Conduct benefits orientations and other benefits training
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Identify training needs and coordinate training programs
- Assist in the development of training materials and conduct training sessions
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems
- Prepare reports and analyze HR metrics
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably as an HR Generalist.
