Duties and Responsibilities Client Communication Receive daily orders at least one day in advance. Confirm planned loads with clients daily. Communicate ETAs, vehicle details, and load information. Contact clients at 10:00 regarding additional or unplanned loads. Transporter Management Source vehicles from approved transporters. Monitor transporter revenue and CPK. Reduce stand-overs and arrange replacements when required. Operational Responsibilities Capture loads accurately on Data Tim/TMS on the day they are received. Issue load confirmations to transporters on loading day. Book offloading slots where applicable. Ensure all vehicles have valid permits. Assist fellow Logistics Coordinators when needed. Work remotely after hours or on weekends when required. Administration Resolve documentation and invoice queries within 24 hours. Follow and escalate claims processes. Provide administrative support to the Operations Manager. Ensure transporters have valid GIT and clients remain within agreed limits. Qualifications & Experience Education Matric (required). Logistics qualification (advantageous). Relevant industry-related experience. Experience Minimum 5 years in logistics or transport (required). Operational coordination experience (advantageous).
