About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Receptionist to join our team in Stellenbosch, Western Cape. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be well-spoken, and confident in their ability to liaise with clients at all levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors to the office
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Provide administrative support to staff members
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Perform other administrative tasks as required
Requirements
- Grade 12 qualification
- Certificate or diploma in a business or administration field
- Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English
- Well-spoken and confident communication skills
- Minimum of 1 year experience within a similar role
