About the Role
As an Executive Assistant to our senior executives, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure seamless day-to-day operations in our Thabazimbi office. You will be a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, and play a vital role in maintaining the efficiency and productivity of our executive offices.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to executive offices
- Coordinate and manage meetings, including scheduling, invitations, venue bookings, and catering arrangements
- Handle conference registrations and RSVP coordination
- Manage local and international travel, including accommodation, visas, and transport logistics
- Process travel advances, subsistence claims, and related documentation
- Liaise with key internal and external stakeholders professionally
- Prepare reports, presentations, agendas, correspondence, and meeting minutes
- Maintain accurate and secure filing systems (electronic and hard copy)
- Assist with ad hoc projects and additional administrative tasks as required
Requirements
Skills in administration, coordination, and communication are essential for this role. A strong organizational skillset and ability to work under pressure are also necessary.
