Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and research potential corporate clients.
- Conduct outbound B2B telesales to generate qualified leads.
- Introduce services and schedule meetings for senior sales representatives.
- Build and maintain a strong and active sales pipeline.
Consultative Sales
- Understand client operational needs and procurement requirements.
- Present tailored workplace supply and consumable solutions.
- Demonstrate value-driven service offerings that improve operational efficiency.
Relationship Development
- Build relationships with procurement, office, and facilities managers.
- Maintain regular client follow-up and engagement.
- Develop long-term customer loyalty and trust.
Sales Performance
- Achieve targets for lead generation, appointments, and new client acquisition.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales documentation.
- Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs.
Minimum Requirements
- 2–3+ years telesales or inside sales experience
- Proven B2B sales exposure
- Demonstrated target-driven sales track record
- Strong objection handling and telephone sales techniques
- Ability to understand client needs and present suitable solutions
- Good negotiation and commercial awareness skills
- Basic CRM knowledge
