About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Manager to join our team in Melkbosstrand, responsible for driving sales and ensuring a seamless customer experience. As a key member of our management team, you will be accountable for the overall performance of the store, with a focus on delivering high standards of food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and supervising staff (scheduling, training, and performance)
- Ensuring high standards of food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness
- Handling customer queries and resolving complaints professionally
- Monitoring stock levels and placing orders
- Controlling costs, cash handling, and daily financial reporting
