Job Summary

What You’ll Do:

Oversee general ledger management, tax compliance, and financial reporting
Manage and control fixed assets and budgeting processes
Drive audit preparation, ensure financial governance and regulatory compliance
Collaborate across departments, interpreting and presenting financial data to both finance and non-finance teams
Lead and mentor junior finance staff, fostering a culture of excellence and development
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and accuracy

About You:

CA(SA) qualification (non-negotiable)
Minimum 3 years post-articles experience in a finance function (excluding articles)
Exposure to the financial services sector is essential
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate across teams
Comfortable working under pressure with a hands-on, detail-oriented approach.
