Uitenhage: Front End Loader / Excavator

A leading company in the logistics and transport industry is seeking skilled and reliable Machine Operators to join our operations team on an adhoc contract basis . The ideal candidates will have proven experience in handling Front End Loaders, Excavators, or similar heavy-duty machinery used in logistics yards, depots, and transport hubs. Key Responsibilities: Operate Front End Loaders, Excavators, or other material-handling machines safely and efficiently. Load and offload cargo, bulk materials, and products within yard and warehouse environments. Conduct pre-start inspections and routine maintenance checks on equipment. Assist with yard organization, stacking, and movement of stock or containers. Follow site-specific health, safety, and operational procedures at all times. Report defects, incidents, and irregularities to supervisors promptly. Requirements: Valid Operator Certificate / License (Front End Loader / Excavator). At least 2 years of operating experience in a logistics or transport environment . Must be safety-conscious, punctual, and a strong team player . Willing to work shifts and overtime when required.
