Job Summary
Liquor Distributor based in Umhlanga is Currently looking for an experienced Telesales Executive with previous or Current Liquor Sales Experience. Working Hours: Monday – Saturday & Public Holidays
Salary:
Basic Salary Negotiable depending on experience, and Provident fund of 7.5% Requirements2-3 years telesales ExperienceLiquor Sales experience | Knowledge. Knowledge of areas and suburbs in KZNStrong organizational skillsGood Communications Skills ( both telephonic and on email)Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks with a high attention to detailComputer Knowledge of Microsoft office (Outlook, excel, word), Syspro experience will be an advantage
Responsibilities:
Assisting customers to ensure a smooth sales process Process incoming orders timeously and efficientlyManaging customer expectationsInternally source products for short stock ordersAnswer questions about products or the companyHandle grievances/complaints to preserve the company`s reputationDirect customers to relevant departmentTracking of ordersFollowing up with internal staff on Outstanding ordersPlease send an updated CV & professional photo to Intercon Recruitment
