Job Description
About the Role
We are seeking a Business Development Manager – Mining with extensive experience in underground mining to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities, with a keen eye for growth and expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Applications include rock drilling, rock cutting, loading and hauling, tunneling and quarrying
- Drive growth through new business development capabilities
Requirements
- Currently from the Northern Cape community
- Strong business development capability
- Extensive experience in underground mining
- Ability to identify, pursue and secure new business
- Basic Computer Literacy
- English language proficiency
Qualifications
- Formal qualification in business, mining, and/or engineering
- Mine Overseer certificate of competence (advantageous)
