URGENT POSITION

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet quality and output targets.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Monitor and optimize workflow for efficiency and productivity.

Manage and train production staff to maintain a high-performance team.

Troubleshoot production issues and implement timely solutions.

Maintain accurate records and prepare production reports.

Minimum Requirements:

Educational Qualification: Matric (Grade 12).

Experience: At least 3 years in the manufacturing industry, preferably in a supervisory role.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Knowledge of production processes and quality standards.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
