About the Role
Liberty Standard Bank Group is seeking a performance-driven Financial Sales Adviser to join our team. As a key player in our Agency and Entrepreneurs Distribution channel, you will drive your own income by selling Liberty products in a professional manner, enabling us to achieve our strategic vision and meet targets profitably. If you are entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and people-oriented, with a strong network, this role is ideal for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting for clients and obtaining leads to secure appointments (daily activity)
- Conducting a professional Financial Needs Analysis and making needs-based recommendations to secure a sale
- Building relationships with clients to win confidence, credibility, and trust
- Eliciting information to maximize the effectiveness of a client’s portfolio
- Providing objectives and professional financial advice on clients’ needs pertaining to investments, insurance, and health
- Portraying the appropriate propriety in the target market
- Meeting all legislative requirements
Requirements
- Matric (National Diploma or Degree)
- 3 – 5 years working experience in sales (experience a plus!)
- Own reliable vehicle to attend to client visits
- Clear Credit and Criminal record
- People-oriented and target-driven
- Strong financial and business acumen
- Impressive work ethics
- Effective time management skills
Qualifications
- Completed National Diploma or Degree
