About the Role
A 200 roomed hotel on outskirts of Johannesburg is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Human Resources Management, with a focus on Generalist Human Resources Management, including Employment Equity and Works Skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies to support the hotel’s business objectives
- Manage employment equity initiatives to ensure compliance with BBBEE regulations
- Provide guidance on disciplinary procedures and CCMA matters
- Facilitate skills development programs for employees
- Conduct recruitment and selection processes to fill vacant positions
- Administer remuneration and benefits packages
- Promote employee wellness and well-being
Requirements
- HR Degree / Diploma
- Minimum three years’ experience as HR Generalist, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry
- Strong knowledge of IR, Disciplinary code, CCMA, Employment Equity, and Works Skills
