About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin and Office Clerk to join our team in Paarden Eiland, Cape Town. As the first point of contact for clients and branch staff, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office while adhering to our company’s management system (ISO 9001). If you have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and experience in administration, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answering phones and taking messages
  • Providing secretarial support to branch staff
  • General administration of the branch
  • Invoicing and filing of sales orders
  • Creating purchase orders
  • Reconciling cash float for daily expenses
  • Processing Credit card payments
  • Attending meetings and taking minutes
  • Loading cash clients on Accpac
  • Transferring stock requests in absence of Branch Manager
  • Stock requisitions

Requirements

  • Grade 12 (Matric) qualification
  • Computer literacy
  • Minimum 2 years reception experience
  • Strong communication skills, friendly and well-spoken
  • Sage 300 experience is advantageous
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Qualifications

  • Completed Grade 12 (Matric)

Salary & Benefits

R 10 000 – R 11 000 per month
