Ensuring the optimal performance of Sage X3 systems and add-on products
Upgrading and configuring Sage X3 for optimized integration
Building custom reports and dashboard for end-users
Performing problem-solving tasks when alerted by a user or monitoring the system
Planning and executing a strategy to maintain business system
Ensuring that all system workflows, and configurations are made in a timely manner to minimize any disruptions to business operations
Training and supporting the end-users on the correct use of the system software
Creating an ongoing system training solution to keep end-users’ skills at peak levels
Participate in the system analysis to find opportunities to better utilize our business systems
Performing system upgrades, create and maintain databases. Importing data when needed

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 5+ years’ experience in system administration
Extensive experience required working with Sage X3
Experience in accounting, distribution and manufacturing is required

Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in finance or equivalent, required.

This position is responsible for the implementation, configuration, administration, and ongoing optimisation of Sage X3 across the organisation. This role ensures that the ERP system supports operational efficiency, data integrity, and business process alignment across multiple sites. Training and supporting the end-users on the correct use of the system software and ensuring that all system workflows, and configurations are made in a timely manner to minimize any disruptions to business operations.
 
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 5 + years of experience
Proven track record in Business Systems supports environment
Brings experience from business environments such as Accounting, Distribution, and Manufacturing
Upgraded and configured Sage X3 for optimized integration
Experienced in supporting business systems
Skilled in presenting to senior leadership within mid-sized organisations
Highly motivated, eager to learn, and capable of working independently and collaboratively
 
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in finance or an equivalent qualification is mandatory
Sage X3 Consultant Certification
