About the Role
We are currently recruiting contract staff for a pilot project within a large FMCG manufacturer in the Western Cape. The successful candidates will be required to have a minimum Matric qualification and experience in a similar role within a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Reconciliation of driver transactions, including manual invoices, credits, PODs, and cash collections.
- Resolution of POD-related queries (returns, short loads, pricing differences).
- Final settlement runs and reconciliation reporting.
- Allocation of EFT payments and follow-up on unidentified deposits.
- Issuing of invoices and statements.
- Management of overdue and collectible accounts.
- Processing of authorised credit notes for pricing differences and corrections.
- Resolution of customer billing and account queries.
- Clearing of one-time and COD accounts where required.
