About the Role
You will support the Group Commercial Finance Manager in delivering a successful rollout of the new FP&A tool, working closely with the finance systems team, external vendors, regional finance leaders, and a team of analysts. Your work will directly improve reporting efficiency and accuracy across P&L, cash flow, CAPEX, and working capital processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to system design, configuration, and rollout aligned to business needs
- Oversee data cleansing, migration, validation, and reconciliation across all financial datasets
- Build reporting hierarchies and configure P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow structures
- Conduct UAT, track defects, ensure financial accuracy, and partner with IT and vendors
- Support automation of budgeting, forecasting, and monthend reporting
- Enable Power BI integration and scalable data modelling
- Deliver training and support change management across finance teams
Requirements
Minimum 8+ years in FP&A/Finance with hands-on FP&A or ERP system implementation experience
Strong understanding of financial statements and end-to-end FP&A cycles
Experience in complex, multinational reporting environments
Advanced Excel and strong analytical capability
Expertise in FP&A tools (Planful, Vena, Adaptive Insights, or similar)
Power BI proficiency (essential)
Comfortable with data validation, migration, and hierarchy design
Innovative mindset and ability to leverage automation
