About the Role

As Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for the full operational oversight of the property, including daily operations management, guest experience and service standards, team leadership and staff development, financial oversight and cost control, reservations and revenue optimisation, supplier management and stock control, maintenance coordination, and ensuring seamless front-of-house and back-of-house integration. This role requires a visible, present leader who leads by example and is comfortable being operationally involved when needed.

  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate small teams
  • Excellent guest engagement and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours as required in hospitality
