About the Role
Lumina Personnel is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Solutions Business Development Representative to join our team in Johannesburg, Gauteng. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building lasting relationships with clients and driving sales growth across multiple sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Build lasting relationships with clients and design professionals
- Drive sales while achieving targets
- Guide clients in selecting the perfect security solutions to bring their visions to life
- Develop and manage your own sales pipeline, securing new business
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients, facility managers, property groups, architects, and business owners
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high service standards
- Represent the company professionally as the face of the brand in the market
Requirements
- National Senior Certificate (Matric) mandatory
- Valid Drivers License and own reliable vehicle non-negotiable
- Minimum 3 years sales experience (electronics, technical, advantageous)
- Proven experience in on-the-road sales, and pipeline development
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with close attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and perform well under pressure
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Technically minded with the ability to understand and explain product features
- Proficiency in CRM systems, quotations, and sales reporting (advantageous)
