About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our Bredasdorp store, driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, recruiting and developing team members, and implementing strategies to improve performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage store/branch teams to achieve sales and performance targets
- Ensure excellent customer service and a strong in-store experience
- Oversee daily operations, stock control, and visual merchandising standards
- Recruit, train, and develop team members and supervisors
