About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Leasing Administrator to join our team at I Grow Wealth Investments. As a key member of our onboarding process, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless transitions for tenants and maintaining accurate records in our systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and administer the onboarding process for tenants transitioning from another rental agency to IGrow.
- Ensure all required documentation and information are received in a timely manner and remain current.
- Liaise with stakeholders on a weekly basis to provide progress updates and address any concerns.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in relevant systems.
- Communicate effectively with clients to keep them informed throughout the onboarding process.
Requirements
- Matric
- Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience
- Understanding of the rental property industry
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
- Proficiency in data entry and CRM or property management systems
- Customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving abilities
