About the Role

ARCS is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Administrative Assistant to join our team in Cape Town, Western Cape. As a key member of our administrative support team, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our management and staff, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide full-function administrative support
  • Liaise with service providers as directed by management
  • Handle FICA administration and follow up to ensure compliance requirements are met
  • Coordinate with the accounts department on debtor management
  • Manage diaries and scheduling
  • Maintain and organise file administration
  • Perform general office duties, including document copying
  • Assist with basic time capturing and billing processes

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a legal administrative assistant
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office
  • Grade 12 (Matric)
  • Experience working on Legal Suite
